Baby Week events in South Leeds

It’s the second Leeds Baby Week after South Leeds Life’s own Lucy Potter brought the idea back from her study trip to Brazil.

The week–long celebration of the first years of life includes academic and professional seminars as well as hands on sessions for parents babies and toddlers. Here in South Leeds the following events are happening this week:

Wednesday 13 September

Hunslet Library:

  • 1:30 Mum and Baby Yoga
  • 2:15 Toddler Yoga (1-4 years)
  • 3:00 Bath, Book, Bed – Peppa Pig fun

Thursday 14 September

Dewsbury Road Community Hub:

Drop in for information and free taster sessions

  • 11:00 Mum and Baby Yoga
  • 12:00 Toddler Yoga
  • 11:45 Bumps and Babes (exercise)
  • 2:30 & 3:00 Baby Sensory

Friday 15 September

Dewsbury Road Community Hub:

Drop in for information and free taster sessions

  • 11:15 Stories and Rhymes
  • 12:00 Duplo and Dressing Up
  • 2:00 Bath, Book and Bed

Saturday 16 September

Teddy Bear’s Picnic at White Rose Shopping Centre

Sunday 17 September

Leeds Dad’s meet up at The Tetley 2-4pm
