Hannah Smith, a curate at Leeds Minster who lives in Beeston, will be running the London Marathon next Sunday.

“I’ve decided to raise money for a local charity that I’m involved in. Mon
ey you give will go towards the logistics and infrastructure of getting Foodbanks running across Leeds – it’s likely the money will pay for shelving in our warehouses so we can start to store and distribute food donations!
“We’re working with the Trussell Trust, who are responsible for many foodbanks nationally. Life Connections is our umbrella charity for Leeds Foodbanks – please give generously to help those in need.”
