Belle Isle TMO 10 Year Commemoration

To commemorate 10 years of tenant management in Belle Isle, BITMO – who have managed homes on behalf of Leeds City Council in Belle Isle since 2004 – will be unveiling a small garden area at the Belle Isle housing office on Wednesday 20th August.

BITMO Youth Hub plantingAlong with partners Mears, Sayes and Leeds City Council Parks and Countryside (Redhall Planting), who have come together  to finance and design the garden, BITMO welcome everyone to the unveiling at 12:15pm.

Chris Simpson, Chief Executive of Belle Isle TMO, comments:

“Belle Isle TMO is managed by tenants for tenants, with the majority of our Management Board being made up of community volunteers. This commemorative garden is a mark of respect and thanks to volunteers, board members and staff, some of which are sadly no longer with us, but will all be remembered for their hard work in trying to build a better future for Belle Isle.”
