The Government is consulting the public on introducing a lifetime cap on care costs of £72,000. This will affect hundreds of thousands of older people who are paying for care and support.

  1. With proper financial planning, consulting with an experienced will writer, care costs in old age can be avoided.

    It involves changing the ownership of a property, setting up trusts and so on.

    All perfectly legal, can be done for less than £500.
