Council Election Results May 11

Labour were the winners in Leeds gaining seven seats and outright control of the Council with 55 of the 99 seats. There was no change in Inner South Leeds with Labour holding all three seats – congratulations to Adam Ogilvie (Beeston & Holbeck), Patrick Davey (City & Hunslet) and Judith Blake (Middleton Park). Further afield in the south of the city Labour took Morley South from the Morley Borough Independents and Rothwell from the Liberal Democrats.

The full city-wide results can be found on the Leeds City Council website here.
