Disability Information Fair at Elland Road

An information fair is being held for the parents and carers of children with special educational needs (SEN).

EPIC Leeds PosterThe event features a Leeds United disability interactive football demonstration with a Leeds United player and Lucas the Kop Cat as well as more than 50 information stalls.

This will be the 6th Annual SEN (Special Educational Needs) Disability Information event to be held in Leeds. Previous events have been organised by Leeds City Council, but this year organisation has passed to the volunteer parents and carers of EPIC Leeds (Empowering Parents Improving Choices). A spokesperson for the group said:

“We have taken it on board and are delighted to announce that it will be the biggest and best FREE event yet, that will bring all relevant services and organisations and Parents and Carers together under one roof.”

The large scale event runs at the Elland Road Pavillion Suite on Tuesday 12th March from 10:00am – 4:00pm.

The event is supported by the Leeds United Foundation.
