Beginner level dance activity for girls aged 14+
Stride Urban Dance and Fitness is cool, strong and will challenge your body in a multitude of ways. During this class you will learn the basic components of old skool Street Dance including Toprocks, Waving, Breakdance and Tutting as well as new skool elements including House Steps and Dougie.
Urban Dance is a great way to improve your fitness and keep active as it demands a range of energetic bodily movements so over time will help to improve your stamina. It is also great for improving flexibility of the hands, feet and joints – Taking part in regular classes will strengthen these areas over time.
A good thing about taking part in this Urban Dance session is that your body will feel healthier and happier and this fun style will have you coming back for more.
