Superhero Day at Low Road Primary

On Friday (5 May 2017) all the children at Low Road Primary School took part in Radio Aire’s Cash for Kids Superhero Day. They dressed as their favourite Superheros and brought a £1 to donate to Cash for Kids.

Low Road children are very aware of Radio Aire’s charity and the brilliant work that they carry out, helping children throughout Leeds and West Yorkshire, as we have been involved with them for a while now. Some of our children have received Christmas presents and Easter Eggs from Cash for Kids and in return we held a Christmas Jumper Day/Superhero Day, with all proceeds donated back to Radio Aire’s Cash for Kids.

The children were so excited to see the Lightening McQueen Car and Radio Aire presenters dressed as Superhero’s in our school on Friday morning.
