SLLAHS is one of the ‘Neighbourhood Network’ organisations providing support and activities for people over 55. SLLAHS covers the Beeston, Cottingley and Hunslet areas.

Regular activities include lunch clubs, a range of exercise sessions from gentle exercise to zumba, or just pop along for a sociable afternoon over a cup of tea. If you have difficulty managing your shopping you could join the escorted shopping trips to Hunslet Morrisons.

SLLAHS can also offer advice on a range of issues and help you access other services. Many activities are run at St Andrew’s church hall in Beeston and Woodhouse Hill Community Centre in Hunslet.
