Travellers leave Holbeck Moor

Following a court hearing yesterday, the Irish Travellers that have been camped on Holbeck Moor since 16 August left at lunchtime today (Friday 2 September 2016).

Council staff were quickly on hand to clear the rubbish left by the encampment.

South Leeds life will be publishing a longer article next week looking at what happened, the reasons for it and what can be done in the future.
